📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no extra charges.

💸 Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 8–10 business days to process, depending on your bank. You can also choose instant store credit for faster use.

💰 Fees & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, while exchanges and defective items have no extra charges.

Custom-made, personalized, items are not eligible for return due to various reasons.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
